Getting help
Where to look when you are stuck, and who to ask.
Look it up
- This guide: search it for a word, like "gift" or "photo".
- The โ buttons: many screens have a small โ. Tap it for a short explanation of that screen. The Ledger has several.
- The pricing guide: in Settings, under Community Pricing Guide, tap Browse 500+ Item Estimates to see what things usually cost in beans.
Ask a person
- About a trade: message the other person first. Most problems are misunderstandings. On the post, tap Message and their name.
- About a person or a trade that has gone wrong: talk to the admins of your community. They look after its server, and they can step in on a stuck trade.
- About the app itself: visit beanpool.org. You can open it from Settings, under BeanPool.
When something is not right
- If a post is a scam, offensive or misleading, report it. See "Reporting a problem".
- If someone is bothering you, block them. See "Blocking someone".
Safety pages
In Settings, under Legal & Privacy, you can read the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service & EULA and the Child Safety Standards. They open on beanpool.org.
