Notifications

Choose which alerts reach your phone.

Choosing your alerts

• Open Settings. Under App Settings, tap Notification Preferences.
• Switch each kind on or off:
• Direct Messages: when someone messages you.
• Marketplace Activity: requests, approvals and refusals on your deals.
• Held in Trust & System: beans held, released or in question.

Changes save by themselves. They are kept by your community's server, so they follow your account.

Alerts about someone trying to recover your account always come through. You cannot turn those off.

No alerts at all?

Check that your phone allows notifications for BeanPool, in your phone's own settings.

One chat at a time

Muting a single chat is coming soon. See "Muting a chat".
