BeanPool functions strictly as decentralized mutual credit infrastructure. It is not a commercial financial institution, a regulated central exchange, or a custodial bank. By utilizing this software, you acknowledge that localized trades, mutual credit balances, and peer-to-peer exchanges are cooperative agreements between autonomous community members bound by local community compacts.
Internal network tokens (represented as Beans) carry zero speculative fiat value. They represent mathematically signed network proofs recording reciprocal service exchange and trust on a zero-sum community ledger. Beans cannot be purchased with fiat debt, cannot be converted into speculative cryptocurrency pools, and are designed purely to facilitate direct community wealth exchange.
To operate securely across public spaces, community networks enforce a strict, algorithmically and community-monitored zero-tolerance policy against abusive User-Generated Content (UGC):
If you choose to link external publishing channels (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, or RSS feeds) or syndicate posts to the community Pulse feed, you represent that you own or have the right to publish and syndicate that content. You remain solely responsible for all content syndicated through your account. All syndicated items must comply with community safety standards and the zero-tolerance policies set out in Section 3.
Because BeanPool operates without centralized corporate intermediaries, it is provided "As-Is" under open-source licenses. The protocol developers make no warranties regarding continuous uptime or third-party device compatibility.
